Hi, I have change into a new notebook (Vista). I tried importing my mails
from my pervious Outlook into Window Mail but could not figure how to do.
Even I tied download Outlook 2000 into Vista, its cannot setup permanently as
each tme I open outlook2000, it prompt me that another verson of mail have
been set up before I download.- i guess must be Window Mail. But When I use
Win Mail, how can i import the old mails from outlook2000 into win mail?

Please advise

Outlook 2000 has issues running on Vista, so that isn;t a good choice; you
will need Outlook, however, to open the .PST data file containing all your
email. You have two choices:

1. Install Outlook on your Vista machine, connect it to the .PST files, and
import into Windows Mail. You can download the trial version of Outlook
2007 for this purpose.
2. Take the .PST files to an XP machine that has both Outlook and Outlook
Express installed, import the data from Outlook into Outlook Express, take
all the resulting .DBX files to the Vista machine and import these into
Windows Mail.
