Import files from digital camera

I am unable to import a 210MB video from my Kodak EasyShare Camera using the
Microsoft Scanner and Camera Wizard. Smaller videos pose no problem at all.
I am using Windows XP Home Edition with SP1. Any suggestions?

Oh, I should have added that the error I get is, "The I/O operation has been
aborted because of either a thread exit or an application request." Thanks
in advance for any help.

When SP2 came out, I upgraded but did not like SP2 and found that it was
affecting the performance of my machine. I have, of course, installed all
the security patch components included in SP2. If you know which individual
SP2 component will solve my problem, that would be helpful.

Unfortunately, Kodak Support only addresses issues around their EasyShare
software which is a terrible piece of software that I really don't want to
use.

Incidentally, using the EasyShare software, I was able to import the 210MB
file. However, I would like to find a solution that allows me to use the
Microsoft Scanner and Camera Wizard for any large video files in the future.

I have searched all the Microsoft website for a solution and I have posted
this question to as per your advise.

Thanks again.
