Import / Export greyed out: outlook 2003

The Import / Export wizard(and several other functions)
are greyed out all the time. does anyone know how to
switch these back on. There must be some setup or
registry settings that do it, as there doesn't seem to be
anything in outlook that does it. I have tried removing
and re-installing the software, and also deleting and re-
creating the profile. I have made sure that the language
settings are aligned (as suggested in the trouble-
shooting section). I've run out of ideas. Has anyone
els any clues as to what I could try next.

Hi Milly

I have a "Home Office", and have software from the
Microsoft Action Pack license programme.
does this help?
