import/export is greyed out.

I have a full install of office 2002, but still when I go
to File then Import/Export I cannot click on it. It is
greyed out. All features for Outlook are installed.
What can I do?

Sounds like you are using XP. Are you? Who are you
logged in as? If installed as administrator and the user
has not been granted rights.... Try logging in as the
administrator. Can you now do imports?

My guess is you have not set up an email account yet. Set
it up and you'll be able to import your old pst file.
