Import e-mail from another computer

I upgraded to Office 2003 on both my computers, I downloaded .PST files from
my outlook in San Jose and can't open the files on my Vegas computer. It
tells me I don't have permission to access the files.

How did you "download" the San Jose PST to the Vegas machine? Make sure the
PST does not have the Read-Only attribute set.

Make sure the file is not marked read-only.
