i was down loading a doc and saved it when try opening it
it came up saying that i need to down load the MICROSOFT IMPORT CONVERTER ??
FROM THE DISC but does seem to work so im trying to find one here i have a
windoow xp microsoft office 2002 xp i install all of the disc but doesnt want
to down load the imprt converter can any one help .
 
A little punctuation and grammar can go a long way. I, for one, have no idea
what you're talking about.

Spending an extra 2 minutes making sure you're communicating efffectively
will save you hours of waiting for replies and re-posting your questions.
When it comes to information about your problem, more is better.
