When printing to an Okidata ML 370, an Epson EX-1000 and an Epson LQ 570+,
the printers will not roll the page up correctly for the next page to print.
It doesn't roll the paper up enough. These printers work fine on a Win98 PC
but have this problem on a new XP PC. I'm at a loss. Changing the paper
size doesn't solve the problem. What about dip switches? I know the EX has
them, not sure about the others. This is a very perplexing, consistent- to-
impact printer problem. Surely someone else has run into this issue.
Thanks, Diane

This has to do with the printer drivers. The drivers you were using in
Win98 were written for that operating system. You are now using a
different operating system.

Contact the printer mftrs. for updated drivers for their hardware.

There are no new drivers for these printers. The manufacturers said XP has
the latest drivers. Diane

I have no problems printing to Okidata ML320 turbo, Okidata 395 and Okidata
ML-393c printers, with the XP shipping drivers. I would check the parallel
cables and replace them with IEEE grade cables.
