Have you tried Deepburner Free?

Get it from deepburner.com

I have been using it for several years and it has never failed me. The
free version can create multisession CD/DVDs, burn ISO files to CD/DVD
etc

I've not tried it, but I just downloaded it to try on the next project.

I really like "ISO Recorder" (Alex Feinman) which seamlessly integrates
into the Windows Explorer shell - enabling you to "right-click" on any
[*.iso] file and choose "Record Image to CD"...

"ISO Recorder" is completely free (Public Domain) with no "nags".
