Images and Movies appear Blurred on my HP Laptop...

Hello,
I am using a HP DV2025TU Widescreen laptop with WinXP. I am facing a problem
where images and movies that I view on the net (for e.g Youtube) appear
blurred / fuzzy / pixelated. I have tried
adding the extra parameter in the registry
"HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\UseHR", but it
doesnt seem to work fine.
The resolution that I am currently using is 1280 X 800. I have tried
changing the resolution settings various times, but to no avail.

Can someone pls suggest a solution to this?

Most of that stuff when viewed in a window larger than 320x200 IS
blurred, fuzzy and pixelated.
