Hi,
I have a question for the group. I have a dell D610 laptop with a standard
ATI laptop. I had just completed a remote install (through VNC software) of
adobe acrobat 9. During the remote connection my dell laptop's video image
became distorted. After making some changes to the resolution of the laptop
monitor and centering the background image, the image appears normal on the
lcd monitor but on the laptop monitor the image cut in half and displayed as
the left side of the picutre followed by the right side of the picture (in
other words a split picture with the left side of the image on the right and
the right side of the image on the left). The picture is centered as there
is black "filler" on the top and bottom of the image but there is this split
on the laptop monitor. I also tried another picture but this time the image
was blown up too much with no split. What setting have I messed with and
what will it take to get the image back to the way it was. It is almost as
if the image on the laptop is tiled across the screen, but it is also
centered on the screen, as with the split image the image is kind of a
joined/tiled image that fills the screen but centers the screen at the same
time. Does this make sense to anyone?
