Monitor display changed after installing Service Pack 3

Hello,
I have a Dell Latitude laptop and I installed Service Pack 3 last night.
This morning I turned the computer on and the display is messed up. The
desktop image is small and centered on the monitor. I checked the display
settings and everything seems to be as it was before the install. I tried
decreasing screen resoulution but no luck.
Any help is appreciated!

After changing resolutions did you hit apply? Sounds silly but it happens.
