Image-x Delpart file

I'm using image-x to image about 10 -15 pc's for my own small company, which has been working fine for me, But I now have added a second hard drive to these pc's. with my current delpart file it does not format the second drive.
How do I call the delpart file to recognize the second drive? or can this be done?
