Image Quality Is Extremly Bad!Please Help!

Hi, I hooked cable tv to my video card and the image is
bad!I also hooked by xbox up to the a/v inputs and it was
bad aswell
the cable is fine and everything BUT the tv and xbox look
great on my fpd
Any sugggestions?

What card?
Did it come with the system or was it added on?
Have you talked to the card's manufacturer?
Have you checked the settings? updated the drivers?
And last but not least, what do you mean by "image is bad?" Blurry,
static-y, choppy, off color, distorted?
