Image in signature not viewable

In Outlook 2003, I have a user that is unable to view an image within a
sender's signature. All he sees is the white box with the red X. However, if
he goes to forward or reply to the message, the image does appear in the
email about to be sent. Any ideas?

Thanks.
 
Right click on the image and select download picture. When you close the
email, the program will ask you if you want to make this the default setting.
