How do I change the default setting for editing images. I believe Internet Explorer was the original default, however, now Windows Picture and Fax Viewer is the default setting and edits with Paint.

Right click on a photo.
Click on Open with
Click on Choose Program
Click on the software you want on the opening list
Click on the box "Always...."
