Image Downloads

Problem here... On my new computer, XP installed, I right-
click to save an image while surfing the 'net, and
instead of giving me the option of the file type I want
to save the image as, it only gives me the .bmp option...
Anyone know how I can get this back to normal??? Thanks!

Try to clear the Temporary Internet Files folder. In addition this MS KB

Hi

I have tried both of these methods. The TIF clear used to work, but no
longer has any effect. I also tried the "clear the do not save encrypted
files box and refresh" suggested in the KB article, and it worked once. By
that I mean I was able to save one image as a jpeg. Now I'm back to .bmp as
the only save option.

any other ideas?
