Im wormed and virused( I REALLY NEED HELP)

I think I have some sort of worm called mustard a? I have underlined
words with mustard colored lines. I am also getting slammed with
popups.So much that I have to turn off the computer to close them...
I have the newest Norton virus updates. I scan my computer daily.
PLEASE Help.
If you have advice make it BASIC please.

Go here http://www.lavasoft.de/ and install Ad Aware SE (it's free) and run
that to clean out all your spyware
