Im so cofused!!

My computer keeps shutting down when i try to download a
list of critical downloads...I encounter a error report
that sais i need the critical download for crashing on
windows XP professional.does anyone know what i should
do??

Sounds like your system is infected by parasites and
maybe even a virus.
Download, install, *update* and run these two programs:
Ad-aware from http://www.lavasoft.de/software/adaware/
Spybot from http://security.kolla.de/ (Remove items
listed in red.)

have you tried downloading & one update at a time? You might have problems
doing a whole list at once... You do have to option to exclude files, so once
the list is presented, do one at a time, & then go back & get another, & go
back & get another, etc.. etc. It might request you to reboot after each
update, & do so.
