I'm not aware of any net resource with different BIOS choices for such a new
card. You can download the original here if you corrupted it somehow.

Sorry, there only appears to be the 256Mb version there. I'd suggest
contacting Sapphire tech support

contact Sapphire directly but dont flash a bios unless you have to - its not
a upgrade like new drivers.

If the web site doesn't help you, they have a BIOS Hotline
(1-800-800-BIOS).
