I'm getting my FP form sent to my e-mail address twice

I use FP 2002. I have one order form on my website. When a user places an
order and hits the submit button one time, the form gets sent to my e-mail
address twice...I get two exact copies of the same form submission. I've
tested it several times myself hitting the submit button ONE TIME and it
still sends the form in duplicate. Can someone tell me how to stop this. I
only want the form one time so I don't accidentally fill the same order
twice. Thanks.

There does not appear to be anything wrong w/ the form
Suggest you try an Outlook newsgroup
- check for duplicate accounts or 1 account forwarding to another account

| It is an html form being sent by FP SE. The URL is
| http://www.milwearplus.com/order_form.htm
| I spoke to my web host for over an hour and they can't figure out what's
| happening. They ran the health check and checked the smtp mail server.
| Interestingly, they went into my web site and changed the e-mail address the
| form was being sent to and then the form was only sent once to that address.
| I have strong evidence that this is an Outlook issue. Here's my evidence. I
| have Outlook 2002. I currently have a personal e-mail address that feeds
| into Outlook and now I have this new business e-mail address that I just set
| up through my web host. The new e-mail address is a webmail account, but I
| set it up to feed into my Outlook account as well. Then I conducted a test.
| I closed my Outlook so it wouldn't download my e-mail into Outlook from the
| webmail. When I submitted a form from my website, it only sent one e-mail to
| my webmail account. As soon as I opened my Outlook account, two messages
| popped into my Outlook account. However, if I set up the form properties in
| FP to go to my personal e-mail address in Outlook, then it only sends one
| e-mail when someone places an order on my site. The bottom line is this: I
| only get a duplicate message if the submitted form goes to my new webmail
| account WHEN IT'S SET UP TO FEED INTO OUTLOOK. As long as I don't check it
| in Outlook, then I only get the message once. Does that make sense? Please
| advise.
