Form sent to one e-mail

I am attempting to submit a form to one e-mail address and I keep getting an
error message when I click on the submit button. I have the extensions
installed on the server and I have the all the fields setup correctly when
the form was built. Have no clue why it won't work. I am using FP 2002 with
Win XP on an appache server.

Has the web host configured the extensions to process email?
