FP 2003 Form Format

I have a simple form for submitting e-mail addresses
www.blackcreekbaptistchurch.com I cannot get the text to appear to the left
of the boxes. Also how can I get the T2 & T3 to not be submitted if they are
not the same. ie: e-mail address not entered correctly twice?

I have fixed Item 1 text formating. Still need help on item 2

You cant. At least not without the addition of JavaScript or coding aside
from what FrontPage can do.
