I'm ALWAYS getting a "Corrupted file message" when trying to install
downloaded programas (Like winamp) on my WINDOWS XP.

Any program that I get from the internet is said to be "Corrupted" and it
does not install!

Anyone has got the slightest clue to what's happening??? I have other
computers connected in the internet through the same connection here in my
house and the softwares install in them just fine! Any ideas and what that
can be? I have tried downloading WINAMP (to take ONE example) with Mozilla
firefox AND windows exporer and the result is the same: Windows won't install
it (or any other software that I download, from "www.download.com" for
instance" because files there are "corrupted".

Sometimes it installs part of the program but it finds SEVERAL "Corrupted
files" while stalling that I have to "ignore" so the program ends up being
useless.

However when I donwload the same software in the computer behind me, which
uses the very same internet connection, it installs just fine. Any ideas??
Please help!

Hi Joaquim

Have you tried downloading and saving to one of the other
computers and then transfer it across using your network.
Then run the program. If that shows "still corrupted" I
would try re-install XP on that machine.
