ILLEGAL TASKBAR

I received this on my screen one day after I had had
problems with constantly locking up in my web browser.
After rebooting the machine, I received a toolbar that is
unremovable. The bar name is "BECKY bar". No matter how
much I try to remove it, it stays there. The logo is two
curves with a dot in the middle that are slanted, the top
one orange the bottom one black the logo name "mirar".
What can you tell me about this and how can I have it
removed from my program? Please Hellllpppppp!

To remove the unwanted toolbar, you may use ToolbarCop:

You *must* eliminate the parasites, though.
