ILLEGAL SYSTEM DLL RELOCATION

HAVE windows xp home edition and keep getting error message on start up.
RTHDCPL.EXE-illegal system DLL relocation.Please help. What does it mean and
how can I fix it.Thanks--

The Realtek HD Audio Control Panel may not start, and you receive an error
message
when you start the computer: "Illegal System DLL Relocation"
