IIS

I am running XP Professional and FrontPage 2003

I have been successfully using my IIS to test web pages and sites locally,
however it seems to have stopped working. I cannot connect to it, and all
dialog boxes seem to say that the web server is out of service.

What has happened and more importantly what can I do to fix it. I have
obviously rebooted several times.

I can see my remote 'live' version of my web site, just not my local on my
local web server, my IIS.
