IIS problem >>> help

Hi

When i want in " IIS " for win2000 pro connect to a PC >

after entering computer name and pressing OK button.

a dialog box appear and it show this message >> " Unable to run
Administrable Services " and after it .. nothing

What is the problem

Please help ,Help

The last time I had that problem it was because I was not
sys admin.
