How can I enable IIS on Windows XP Home Edition? I cannot find the
service listed in the services list. Do I need to download a patch or
something? I am using Service Pack 1, by the way.

You don't - even if you bothered to become current with Service Pack 2, you
are using the Home Edition of Windows XP - which does not come with (nor
run) IIS natively.
