Installing IIS

I'm trying to install IIS on to my pc. The Microsoft page said to:

1. In Control Panel, double-click Add or Remove Programs.

2. Click Add/Remove Windows Components.

3. In the Components list box, click Application Server, and then
click Details.

4. In the Subcomponents of Application Server box, click Internet
Information Services (IIS).

5. Click OK to start the installation of IIS 6.0.

But I can't find the Application Server option in the components list
box. Any ideas what else I can do?

XP Professional or XP Home? IIS is not available in XP Home.

The OP is referencing IIS 6, which is only available in Windows 2003.

| To install IIS on XP Pro, you don't need to go into any box called
| "Application server".
