Hi.
When browsing the net, I get a window appearing
saying, "You have ignored an incomming call, press ok".
When I do this my connection gets dropped. Very
frustrating...Any help greatly appreciated.

Hi collin,

It sounds like you have call waiting. The software is
letting you know when you have a incoming call so that
you can disconnect, but from your description it
disconnects when it doesn't want you to. It's probably
within the software configuration. However, you can
always disable the Call Waiting feature if you wish.

1. Go to Start > Connect to > pick the connection you're
using, and place a checkmark beside "use dialing rules".
2. Click the Dialing Rules button.
3. Click the Edit button.
4. Place a checkmark beside "To disable call waiting,
dial". Click the pull down menu (arrow pointing down) and
select *70.
