If the Product key does not work what do I do?

I had tried to enter the Product key for the windows' but each time it gives
me an "Incorrect Key" after I input the pass. thus causeing multiple problems
with exel and words to have problems. in my case not being able to use it.
what do I do?
 
Click start
Right-click My Computer
Go to properties
Select general tab
Click support information
Call the number shown
