DUA can only offers QFE update, right?

DUA is a generic mechanism. Just think of it as a generic script
execution/file replacement mechanism. You can use it for application
updates, etc.
 
DUA basically provides the basic services and scripting for you to design
your own update mechanism. It is not a standalone end-to-end update
mechanism.
