If I use another computers recovery system disk would it work...for example
my comp is a COMPAQ PRESARIO 2100 with windows XP....If I use somebody elses
Windows XP recovery system CD'S do you think MY COMP CAN BE RESTORE?

Not likely unless the other CD is identical to yours.
All OEMs do them a little differently.
Also, your Product Key will probably not work with a different CD.

You need to use your CD.
If you can not locate your CD, contact Compaq for options.
