if I delted part of my accessfile and saved can i get it bakc

I deleted part of my accessfile , saved and now I want to find what I deleted
.. is this possible, can i find an older version of my file on file somewhere?
 
What "part" did you delete? A record? A form? A control on a report? A
field in a table?

Most likely, unless you kept a backup, you are out of luck.
