My childrens' Win XP box will not open links when
clicked on in Internet Explorer (either in a different
window or the same one). All that happens is a flash, like
it may have tried to open. The pop up blocker was disabled
and it still happens. I have checked for viruses, trojans,
etc. and haven't found any. Ihave reset the Iexplorer
internet options to default.
