whenever i open internet explorer off the system tray,
yahoo messenger, my keyboard, or right click a link and
select open in a new window a seperate window opens along
w/ the one i want but is only displayed on the task
manager as Iexplorer and is not actually on the screen or
on the trey at the bottom. Whenever it happens it slows
down my connection considerably. i have reinstalled
internet explorer, the service pack, the new netropa
driver, and yahoo messenger but nothing so far as fixed
the problem. i have also ran my virus scanner w/ current
updates and both ad-aware and spybot. it doesnt seem to be
a regular pop up b/c it will happen at any website such as
yahoo and msn. im running IE 6 and Windows ME as well. any
help would be great.

right-click the button then click Move and use your keyboard arrows to
get the tiny window out into the middle of your screen so you have some
elbow room. Then click Size and use your keyboard arrows to get it to a
usable size. Finally, use your arrow keys to stretch it to suit yourself.
After making sure that no other IE windows are open, close this one last so
that IE will remember this size for next time.

I got your reply to my problem but the issue isnt the
size of the window. The window will actually open fine
but if i hit alt+ctrl+del and look at the task manager
it will have explorer, www.yahoo.com, and a seperate
Iexplorer like it trys to actually open two windows
instead of just one and the second one hangs b/c its
not on my screen or on the system tray. The problem is
the second Iexplorer.
