IE_internet tools _gen tab_homepage infestations

Ok folks,
Could someone please tell me how to delete those nasty cookies that have
infested my IE home page select window?
Internet tools-gen tab-homepage

I have used spy-ware and ad-ware removal tools but these cookies seem stuck.
Would very much like my browser to display the page I select upon booting.
Would appreciate any and all suggestions.
