IE7 Won't display Update or Hotmail pages?!

Hello,

When I try to do a windows update, it just opens a white page in IE
and nothing happens, Also when I try to login to hotmail after I enter
my login info it just goes to a white page.... I have reset my
browers to its orignal state and still nothing, I can't even see the
first "Customize" page that comes up when you first install IE....

Any help would be appreciated!!!

You may have a horked install of IE7. I suggest reading the following
link...

....and then uninstalling and reinstalling IE7 per Sandi's tips, and using
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/default.mspx as the installation source,
not Automatic/Windows Update.
