Since 8-5-07 I have been getting a small blue line under the command bar in
IE7. This is not happening all the time and rebooting has helped on occasion.
After getting all the Windows updated today I had to reboot. Since then I get
that line every time I open the browser. I have shut down and waited 10
minutes, restarted and it's still present. Anybody have any ideas what is
causing this? Thanks, Greg
