IE7 I cannot install the Ebay toolbar, it used to be there

After i had problems with the windows live one care and reinstalling it, my
ebay toolbar disappeared, the program was there in programs , so i
uninstalled it then reinstalled it, no luck, did it again, no luck. i turned
off the windows live once care firewall it still did not install. I have
ebay.com on the allowed list in the windows regular fireweall and also
paypal, so why is this happening?

Take a look at your settings at:
IE, tools menu, "Manage Add-ons", "Enable or ..."

Your answer did not fix the issue, so i uninstalled it again, i ran
Lavasofts adware se and it came up with a tac rating of 10 for
Win32.Trojan.KillProc, i removed it with ad ware then ran it again today and
it appeared again in ad ware, i then went to the ms security site and
downloaded the malicious software tool, the quick one, it did not find
anything. So i don't know whats going on, if this is a trojan maybe thats why
i cannot install or run the toolbar, or the bearflix movie download i could
not run in one of my other posts here. I use windows one care as a firewall
and virus scan which runs automatic everday. I am lost now, i don't know what
to do.

Most additional toolbars tend to show up as a "positive" adware hit.

The responce from Mark was a good responce since within IE 7 you can
turn off/on individual browser add-ons.

i still cannot install the ebay toolbar, i did everything, could it be
possible back when i had IE6 and had the toolbar, then i downloaded the IE7
the toolbar was still there, the problem did not happen until i uninstalled
and reinstalled live one care per the one care people because i could not get
the updates. i had the add ons allowed, i put the ebay address in the allowed
list, we stopped the one care firewall stopped the windows firewall, it still
would not install, my dsl provider firewall is turned off, do you think a
file is corrupted? Like i mentioned before, i went to the bearflix move
download site, and was unable to use there site which was weird because
usually a site like that will let you install their software, i have
unistalled that program awhile back, this is just a mistery to me. i really
don't do any downloads on my computer the bearflix was the first, then the
second was the ebay toolbar, no one else uses this computer. I had talked to
the XP people and the one care people and nobody can help me, i don't
understand this. please help me figure this out.
