IE7 32bit

I have been running vista ultimate 64bit version for about a week now.
yesterday for some reason the 32bit version of IE7 will not launch. I get a
box that opens indicating the program is having a problem starting, and then
another box that its searching for possbile causes to the problem. I figured
out that I can get it to launch successfully if I right click and run as
administrator, or if I de-activate the UAC. But I am the only account on the
computer, thus am administrator, and I was not having this issue earlier on
in the week. I can run the 64bit version of IE7 without having to run as
administrator or disable UAC. I would just use the 64bit, but I am finding
my download manager program will not detect and launch from the 64bit
version, only the 32bit.

I dunno if this will work b/c I'm running the 32 bit version but try making a
shortcut for IE7 32 bit, right clicking on it, click on Advanced under the
shortcut tab. Click the box "run as administrator". Since you said that
works, at least you won't always have to right-click and run as
administrator.

I did that and it works, but I get the annoying pop-up box for the UAC, which
I am not willing to deal with for IE. other programs I wouldnt mind so much
but for IE, it gets used a lot.
