IE6 wont allow me to access IE Options

It requires me to contact my System Administrator.

I am that person. As far as I can tell, my account is
the one which is supposed to be the one without
restrictions. At least it always was.

I was wondering if some program has reset something.

I have Spybot and I have "immunised", so would this
have done it, or is this problem already understood
and fixable?

start>programs>SS&D, advanced mode>immunise: look at the bottom of the page.
