IE6 will not load WindowsUpdate & other web pages

Hi,
I have an XP computer and suddenly IE6 will not finish
loading the WindowsUpdate web page, it will load the
top "banner" but stops there and will not load the rest of
the page (no errors).

I have cleared the temporary files and cookies, ran virus
scans and spyware checks (Adaware and Spybot S&D).

There are other web pages that don't load too (www.cnn.com
and parts of msn) but I am most worried about
Windowsupdates.

Did you find a solution? My computer is doing the same
