IE6 opens "working offline"

Every time I open IE6 my home page is "working offline" I
go to file and remove the tick from "working offline"
same thing happens next time! any ideas? OS is XP Pro,
SP1a.

Here a possible solution...
Go to your tools menu, open the internet options, go to
connections, and check the radio button under server
connections.
It should be set to either dial when ever a connection is
not present or always dial my default connection.
If it is already set to these I don't know?
