IE6 Not Working

I just bought a Dell Inspiron 8600 with WIndows XP Home SP2 installed. I
followed all of my ISP's directions for setting up the connection (dialup)
and it connects fine but it doesn't load websites. I had the same problem on
my desktop but I forget how I fixed it.

Do you get any error messages?

It does the page cannot be found and then a message pops up that says
Internet Explorer could not find the search page or something. If that isn't
specific enough I can go try it again.

No it hasn't, I got it last Monday and I've tried just about everything to
get it to work.

This shouldn't be the problem with a new machine, but try LSP-Fix - a free
