One user ok next user gets following:

The requested URL could not be retrieved
While trying to retrieve the URL: http://www.google.ca/
The following error was encountered:

Cache Access Denied
Access control configuration prevents this request.

Hi,

Make sure the second user has access: username, password.

Make sure the second user uses the right proxy settings.
