ie6 home page

how do i get ie6 to be my home page, all i see and end up with is netscape? i went to program files and then internet explorer folder then clicked on ie6 app. but it still comes out to be netscape??
 
Tools/Internet Options/Program
In the bottom "Internet Explorer should check....."
