IE6 errors when hitting OWA

Greetings,

I have a user whose IE6 receives an error message
saying "Internet Explorer has encountered an error and
needs to close..." every time he tries to access our
Outlook Web Access. He can go to any other website
without a problem. No other user in the company has this
problem.

When the message asking whether we want to send a report
to MS comes up, if we choose Send Report, we get this
info:

AppName: iexplore.exe
AppVer: 6.0.2800.1106
ModName: wmpdxm.dll
ModVer: 9.0.0.2980
Offset: 0001af9b

I've done searches all over MS's site for the mod name,
but come up empty each time. We've scanned the machine
for viruses and malware, finding none. I have run out of
ideas. Does anybody else have any ideas?
