I am posting a reply from the MS Technical support. I still had one crash

The issue you are facing may be due to incorrect settings. If still you are
unable to access Radio Plus, then I suggest that you please check and apply
the settings which were given to you earlier.

After checking all the settings, if you are facing difficulties playing
Radio Plus Music then please check the following steps:

Test connections from Windows Media Player, To test your connectivity to the
MSN Radio network, try to play a song from our network using Windows Media
Player:

1. Click the link below for the first connection test. If you are prompted
to listen within Internet Explorer please select $B!H(Bno."

ad.akamai.com/8725/A54321B/Test/radiotest.wma

2. If you hear the audio, you have connected successfully.

3. Click the link below for the second connection test. If you are prompted
to listen within Internet Explorer please select $B!H(Bno."
http://a959.v87254.c8725.g.vc.akama...ad.akamai.com/8725/A54321B/Test/radiotest.wma

4. If you hear the audio, you have connected successfully.

5. Return to the MSN Radio player and start another station.

(Please have MSN/IE/Netscape all closed during these steps)

1. Go to Control Panel and open Internet Options (in XP you may need to
click Network and Internet Connections in Control
Panel, then Internet Options)
2. Click Delete Files, checked the box to delete offline content and click
OK
3. Click Clear History and click Yes
4. Click Settings
5. Choose "Every visit to the page"
6. Click View Objects and delete all contents of the folder
7. Click OK
8. Click the Security tab
9. Select Internet at the top and click Custom Level
10. Enable all ActiveX controls
11. Set Java permissions to Low Safety
12. Click OK
13. Click the Advanced tab
14. Under Multimedia, make sure everything is checked except for "Don't

End Process on all incidents under the user's ID except for "explorer.exe".
Try Radio Plus again and see if the issue reoccurs.

Also please follow these steps:

1. Make sure that you have,

a. all the latest updates for your Operating system and Internet Explorer
from Windows Update.
b. the latest drivers for both the video card and sound card. Also, please
let us know what sound card and video card are you having

2. I would suggest that you try accessing Radio Plus from a computer outside
your network environment. Since Radio Plus is a streaming media, it would
not affect other's computer
even if you try to access from their computers. If you are able to access
Radio Plus on other computers then the problem could be with your computer
or some software running specifically on your computer.

3. If you have DSL/Router type modem please check to see that there are any
firewall settings. I would suggest that you contact your network
administrator who would be able to assist you better in this regard.

4. Check to see if you are running any Spyware software. If yes, try
accessing Radio Plus after disabling it.

For the best performance, we suggest that you update your version of
Internet Explorer and Windows Media Player to the latest release.

To download Internet Explorer, and for more information, please go to:
