I'm using IE6 on Windows 2K Pro with all the latests
patches etc.

Most web pages don't print correctly - the text on the
right hand side of the page is chopped.

Selecting a smaller font helps a bit bit not completely.

Is there no way to make the text wrap like with an editor
or something like Outlook Express?

Set the Printer properties to fit to paper. With IE open, go to File > Print

This is due to bad coding on the page. If a smaller setting in View | Text
Size can't fix it, try printing in Landscape.

I don't have the menu options you mention. There is
no "Fit to paper" option available on any of the menu
options I do have.

Your options are to print in landscape or copy and paste the text in your
favorite word processor for formatting.

Sounds to me like a major design defect or implementation
bug in IE6.

Comments anybody?

Not necessarily, a few Brake <BR> code in the .htm file would do the trick.

I'm in the same situation, I'm using HP's standard PCL6
driver. How do I print with it fitting to page (or fit to
width?)

Not all printer have this properties.
It might also be some properties of other browser but not IE.

Use the View/Text Size and select smallest.

Keep your Printer margins to a minimum.

If all fails then your only option are to print in LandScape or copy and
paste the text of the page into your favorite Word processor for
editing/printing.
